School Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking a School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in the Nassau County to join our team in Nassau County, NY . As a School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at Rising Stars, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, using your skills and expertise to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
About the Role:
As a School Based Board-Certified Behavior Analyst , you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide behavioral support services to students in school settings.
You will design, implement, and evaluate individualized behavioral plans to address student needs and promote positive behaviors.
You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
Implement and monitor behavioral interventions, including positive behavioral supports (PBS) and functional skills training.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field.
0 years of experience in a school-based setting, with a focus on behavior analysis and support.
