IT Business Analyst III

Our client, a leading organization in the market sales and data analytics technology sector, is seeking an IT Business Analyst III to join their team. As an IT Business Analyst III, you will be part of the Performance Reporting, BI & Machine Learning department supporting global business stakeholders and development teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship management, strong communication skills, and self-motivation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Work with the product team to create, prioritize, and refine features and user stories for agile development.
• Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure user interface designs align with user needs and project vision.
• Coordinate testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure quality deliverables.
• Analyze existing systems for effectiveness and develop strategies for improvements or integrations.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience as a product business analyst in large, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis within relational databases.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira and backlog management techniques.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture, including APIs, systems, and integrations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information/Computer Science or related field, with relevant certifications in project management, business analysis, or agile methodologies.
