Child Mental Health Therapist - Outpatient - (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)

LifeStance Health is a national provider of evidence based mental health services, focused on children and adolescents in outpatient clinic settings and through telemedicine. We are seeking Mental Health Therapists (LPCC, LISW, IMFT) to serve our child and adolescent population at the Dayton Metro Area Clinics. Position Summary As a Licensed Counselor, you will provide high quality behavioral health care in person and via telehealth, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the clinical team to support patients’ mental wellness. Responsibilities Deliver individual and group therapy to children and adolescent patients. Provide assessment, treatment planning, and progress documentation in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals. Adhere to LifeStance’s evidence based protocols and quality standards. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continued professional development. Qualifications Independent licensing in Ohio as LPCC, LISW, or IMFT. Experience working professionally with children and adolescents. Demonstrated commitment to delivering high quality, culturally competent care. Strong therapeutic skills and ability to maintain clear, confidential records. Compensation & Benefits Flexible work schedules with telehealth and in person options.
