Senior Legal Counsel — Finance & Corporate Dev for AI Infra

Crusoe in New York is seeking a Legal Counsel – Finance and Corporate Development to join our team. Reporting to the AGC – Finance and Corporate Development, this high‑impact role operates at the intersection of corporate finance and strategic transactions.
This role will execute debt financings, draft and negotiate credit agreements, manage due diligence, and support entity formations while collaborating with Finance, Cloud Sales, Digital Infrastructure, and Commercial teams.
