Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Start date 09/07/2026 with guaranteed 36 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $2,382 to $2,555. Shift is 08:00 to 16:30. This is a travel - temporary assignment within a skilled nursing population.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions including therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, and impairment-directed modalities.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, document outcomes, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Facilitate discharge planning and progression toward functional goals, while ensuring resident safety and minimizing fall risk.
- Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and equipment use.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in resident records in accordance with regulatory and facility standards.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license to practice in Massachusetts.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent).
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility (geriatric population) setting.
- Availability for a 13-week assignment starting 09/07/2026.
- Experience in geriatrics or SNF care is preferred.
