We leverage a Dyad Leadership Model in which the Medical Director (MD) partners closely with the Hospital Director (HD) to lead the healthcare team. The MD serves as the local medical leader, overseeing all specialty and emergency doctors while fostering a culture that supports engaged and empowered caregivers who embody MedVet's core values of Teamwork, Leadership, and Compassion.The MD partners with the HD to evaluate, plan, and implement best-in-class healthcare delivery in support of our mission: Leading Specialty Healthcare for Pets.
