About Sade Works: Sade Works is the New York presence of a vertically integrated, quarry-direct natural stone operation. We control material from quarry through fabrication, supplying marble, granite, limestone, travertine, onyx, basalt, dolomite, porcelain, and handmade tile, along with custom furniture and architectural work through our marble studio.

The Role: We are hiring a senior salesperson to own and grow the New York market. This is a hunter role for someone with deep, active relationships across the NYC architecture, design, development, and fabrication community — and the ability to turn those relationships into specified, booked stone. You will sell material and custom studio work, not walk-in retail. You bring the network; we back you with quarry-direct pricing, inventory, and fabrication capability most local distributors can't match.

What You'll Own

• Build and run the NYC sales pipeline end to end — prospecting, specification, quoting, close, and reorder.
\n
• Drive material specification with architects, interior designers, developers, GCs, and stone fabricators; get Sade Works stone written into projects.
\n
• Sell the full range — slab and tile material plus custom furniture and architectural fabrication.
\n
• Manage high-value luxury residential and commercial projects from first sample through delivered install.
\n
• Use our quarry-direct model as a competitive edge on price, exclusivity, and lead time.
\n
• Coordinate between NYC clients and overseas quarry and fabrication teams on custom specs, timelines, and logistics.
\n
• Represent Sade Works at the showroom, design events, and industry functions.
\n
• Meet and exceed quarterly booked-volume targets.
\n

Required

\n

\n
• 10+ years of natural stone sales experience in the NYC / tri-state market — marble, granite, and other natural stone.
\n
• An established, active book of A&D, developer, GC, and/or fabricator relationships in New York.
\n
• Proven record of driving material specification and closing large-ticket slab and project orders.
\n
• Fluency in stone: material types, finishes, applications, fabrication constraints, and pricing.
\n
• Ability to read a project's design intent and match material to it.
\n
• Self-directed field seller, comfortable owning a territory with minimal oversight.
\n
• Strong quoting, follow-through, and pipeline discipline.
\n

Preferred

• Existing relationships with NYC stone fabricators and installers.
\n
• Experience selling custom stone furniture or architectural fabrication.
\n
• Familiarity with quarry-direct / imported stone supply and international logistics.
\n
• Comfort with high-end residential and commercial project cycles.
\n
• Existing showroom or design-district presence.
\n

Compensation: Base + uncapped commission, tied to booked slab and project volume.
