Senior Project Manager (Furniture)

Location: In-person

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage the planning, coordination, and installation of commercial furniture and interior renovation projects from project kickoff through final completion. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced working with general contractors , clients, and installation teams in both office and field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial furniture and interior renovation projects from inception to close-out and invoicing.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and installation activities.
• Maintain client communication and manage relationships with contractors and third-party vendors.
• Conduct site visits, field surveys, inspections, and measurements.
• Resolve project issues, punch list items, and customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with internal teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial furniture, construction, or related industries.
• Experience working with general contractors and managing field installations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project .
• Excellent customer service and client communication skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in a design or construction environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Ability to walk construction sites, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs .
