Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 2026/2027 School Year Company: ProCare Therapy Location: North Kansas City, MO Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for the 20262027 school year in North Kansas City, MO. This full-time role involves providing direct behavioral support to students in a school-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs will help students build communication, social, behavioral, and academic skills through evidence-based ABA strategies. Work Schedule Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 3:30 PM Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay rate: $25$30/hour (based on experience and certification level) Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) options Weekly pay Ongoing supervision and professional development support Key Responsibilities Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students Collect and record accurate data on student behaviors and progress Support skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and academics Assist in managing classroom behaviors using approved ABA strategies Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff Maintain timely and accurate documentation per district and compliance standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills How to Apply To learn more, please submit your current resume.
