General Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity | Western Pennsylvania

Join an established orthopedic group within a high-demand community setting is seeking a General Orthopedic Surgeon to join. This is a replacement opportunity with immediate volume, strong referral infrastructure, and a fully established patient base.

Practice Highlights:

- Succession opportunity with immediate ramp-up

- High-volume referral network with significant system overflow

- 40% surgical / 60% outpatient clinic practice

- Dedicated OR days per week with established block time

- Collaborative team including orthopedic surgeon, PA, and Foot & Ankle support

Clinical Scope

Comprehensive general orthopedics including total joints, shoulder surgery, fracture management, hand (CTR/tendon), injections, and general orthopedic trauma.

Call Structure

- APP support available during call

- Trauma call not required

- Call compensation included

Support Environment

- Experienced APP, MA, RN, and surgical coordination team

- On-site imaging and physical therapy services

- Dedicated OR access with established efficiency

- Integrated, community-based care model

Candidate Profile

Seeking a board-certified/board-eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad clinical scope. Fellowship-trained physicians are welcome if committed to general orthopedics. New graduates and J-1/H-1B candidates will be considered.
