In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Perform evaluations Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications: Master’s degree Birth-3 experience and oral-motor/feeding experience are not required but preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized #J-18808-Ljbffr
