We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our healthcare team in Atlanta, GA. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing in managing daily nursing operations and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing and patient care. Participate in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures. Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment among nursing staff. Monitor patient care quality and address any issues or concerns promptly. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for the nursing department. Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and healthcare standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
