Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU/PCU setting within an acute care Magnet-designated facility
• Maintain a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio in accordance with unit standards
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic electronic health records
• Float within skillset to other units or facilities within the state as needed
• Commit to working every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Work 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered California RN license (must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
• Valid LA Fire Card obtained within the last 30 days
• Ability to work night shifts and meet weekend and holiday commitments
• Must disclose any license or background hits at time of submission; no open license hits will be approved

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic charting system
• Prior experience in an acute care or Magnet-designated hospital environment
• Comfort with floating between units within scope of practice
