Job Description

The 1st Shift Pad Operator is a hands-on production role focused on operating and maintaining the machinery that shapes and finishes artificial turf pads, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the production process

Responsibilities

Monitor product quality to meet specifications
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Conduct thorough product inspections during the shift

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
