Overview A high growth consulting firm is seeking an experienced Product & Technology Due Diligence Leader to help build and scale one of its most strategic growth areas. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded leader who can operate across Commercial Due Diligence, Product Due Diligence, Technology Due Diligence and Value Creation engagements, while helping to shape the future direction of a growing practice. Key Responsibilities Lead Product and Technology Due Diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients Develop and expand senior client relationships across the investment and technology ecosystem Build and grow a scalable consulting team Support business development and revenue growth initiatives Work across the full deal lifecycle, from diligence through to post deal value creation Contribute to growth strategy and operational improvement projects within technology businesses Sector Focus The practice has a strong focus on: Technology enabled investing Ideal Background We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate: Product Due Diligence and Technology Due Diligence expertise Private equity experience The ability to bridge Commercial Due Diligence and Product or Technology Due Diligence assignments Strong client ownership and relationship networks A proven track record of revenue generation and business development Experience building, mentoring and developing consulting teams A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to problem solving Who Will Thrive Successful candidates are likely to be: Business builders rather than pure delivery leaders Relationship driven professionals with demonstrable client ownership Leaders capable of supporting multiple practice areas Commercially focused operators who balance technical depth with practical business outcomes #J-18808-Ljbffr Consulting Point
