Now Hiring: Quality Control Inspector / Machine Operator Epoxy Coating Line

• Location: Oak Cliff Area

• Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift

• Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Are you mechanically inclined and passionate about quality? We're looking for a dependable Quality Control Inspector / Machine Operator to join our production team! In this role, you'll operate and monitor an epoxy coating line, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot equipment, and help ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the epoxy coating production line.

• Perform quality inspections and record production data.

• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions involving mechanical and electronic components.

• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and routine preventive maintenance.

• Inspect and verify product quality throughout the production process.

• Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately.

• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

• ISO manufacturing experience preferred.

• Powder coating experience preferred but not required.

• Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred but not required.

• Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

• Comfortable working in hot, cold, and occasionally noisy conditions.

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
