WHAT You'll Do Collaborate with appropriate team leaders and other end users to define, design, implement, and successfully deliver high‑quality, custom applications to organizational teams, including a variety of assigned internal software systems. Provide a high level of quality assurance, testing, project lifecycle and deployment management, and basic system and database administration. Participate in and/or lead the development, enhancement, and support of assigned in‑house software applications, data pipelines, and enhancements to existing third‑party application systems. Manage project lifecycle, deployment, and release for product launches. Design and implement applications for assigned business workflows. Architect new applications and redesign/modernize existing ones. Build and implement data pipelines and manage databases to support business applications. Support some of the more complex and/or challenging processes. Mentor less experienced applications staff members and participate in staff member development. Perform other duties deemed necessary. WHAT You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in a computer‑related field such as computer science or software engineering, or equivalent related experience. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in developing and maintaining production business applications. Experience with 3‑Tier application architecture and development, and ETL process design and management. Required technologies: C# and/or VB.NET, T‑SQL/MSSQL and/or MySQL, Git, Dapper. Preferred technologies: WinForms, Python, Blazor web development framework, CentOS, GitLab DevOps CI/CD, deployments and shell scripting. Willingness and ability to learn applicable business practices, processes, and working concepts. Excellent problem‑solving skills, including the ability to handle more complex project assignments independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to build and maintain productive relationships throughout the organization and to be viewed as a credible business partner to assigned work teams. Exposure to applicable financial/lending applications and/or software is preferred.
