Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Call expectation includes weeknight call 1600-0730 and weekend call Friday 1600 through Monday 0730
• Scheduled for weeknight call every rotation and weekend call 3-4 times in a 13-week assignment
• Perform neuro-interventional radiology procedures including diagnostic cerebral angiograms, coiling, stenting, embolizations, and stroke thrombectomies
• Additional procedures include venous samplings, operating room angiograms, lumbar punctures, and other neurovascular related procedures
• Daily caseload of 6-8 procedures per technologist
• Operate Siemens Bi-plane equipment for positioning, neurovascular image acquisition, and post processing images
• Work in 3 procedure rooms with team of neuroradiologists and neurosurgeons
• Handle some pediatric procedures
• Required certifications: ARRT R and BLS required, ARRT VI preferred
• Required skills: C-Arm and Contrast experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must be willing to float within service line
• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
• Scrub colors: Black, Red, or White
• Charting system: Epic
