As a Professional Land Surveyor - Senior Project Manager, you'll lead and manage surveying projects, supervise teams, ensure accuracy and compliance, and act as a primary point of contact for clients, all while staying up-to-date with industry standards and technologies.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Preference for NC & SC Licensed Surveyors)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as an Office/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and a strong technical background in land surveying.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licensed P.L.S. (Preference for NC & SC licensure)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry
• Proficiency in Carlson/Civil 3D, TDS, Carlson CE, GPS/RTK, and robotic surveying
• In-depth knowledge of:
  • Record mapping and as-builts
  • Topographic surveys and subdivisions
  • Creating 3D surface models
  • Preparing data for earthwork quantities
  • Construction stakeout calculations
