Join the team at Bob Boyte Honda - Moss Point as a Parts Counter Sales Associate, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their parts and accessory needs. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on automotive parts sales and inventory management.
Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
Process sales transactions accurately using the dealership's system.
Maintain inventory records and ensure parts counter is organized and well-stocked.
Coordinate with service and repair departments to fulfill parts requests.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about parts updates, product changes, and dealership promotions.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in automotive parts sales or related retail experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
