Feed Mill Associate - Mill Operator

Gold-Eagle Cooperative , located in the heart of Galt, IA, is thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Feed Mill Operator on our second shift! When you join us, you'll receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus and earn a competitive wage of $22 - $29 per hour , based on experience! As you move through the day, you'll take charge of general housekeeping duties, maintaining a clean and organized workspace for seamless operations. Working closely with our operations and maintenance teams, you'll assist in various tasks, leveraging your problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude. Your commitment to regular attendance and operating our computer-controlled systems will ensure smooth production processes every step of the way! What We Need From You: Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in confined spaces and heights, bend, kneel, climb, lift up to 55 lbs, and adapt to a variety of weather conditions Ability to operate a computer-controlled system Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Willingness to work weekends and overtime if needed Professional with a positive and respectful attitude Safety-oriented Valid driver's license and a good driving record Previous experience in maintenance-related disciplines is preferred as well as having a high school diploma or equivalent. #J-18808-Ljbffr Goldeaglecoop
