The Training & Progression

Training Phase: Complete a comprehensive 4 to 6-week paid training program to master regional routes and equipment safety.

Solo Transition: Immediately upon successful completion of training, you will upgrade to solo driver status with your own assigned truck.

Compensation & Driver Protection

Guaranteed Solo Base: Minimum $1,000.00+ weekly (after training).

Accessorial Pay: Comprehensive detention and layover pay to ensure you are fully compensated for any shipper delays.

Stable Employment: Full W2 status with predictable year-round freight.

Full Benefits Package

Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans

401(k) retirement plan with company match

Paid time off and stable weekly direct deposit

Job Requirements

License Status: Must already hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). (Please note: We are unable to accept applicants who only hold a commercial learner's permit (CLP) at this time).

Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.

Compliance: Must meet all standard DOT safety and drug screening requirements.

Schedule Flexibility: Ability to run regional lanes (East Coast/Southwest) and be out on the road for 2 weeks at a time.

Safety & Background: Accidents, tickets, moving violations, and criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
