Citywide Storage Sales Associate Location: Salina, KS 67401 Hourly pay: $17.75 - $18.75 (part‑time) Overview Citywide Storage is Salina’s largest storage operator. As a Sales Associate you represent the Citywide Storage brand to our guests. You are the first and last person our guests see during their visit, and that impression will last a lifetime. Responsibilities Represent the Citywide Storage brand to guests and provide excellent customer service. Assist guests with storage solutions, sales transactions, and rental agreements. Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and point‑of‑sale operations. Compensation Base pay plus attendance bonus. Hourly commission averages. Total average weekend earnings: $18.75 per hour. Weekly commission program that allows employees to earn up to $4.50 per hour. Benefits Flexible hours – rental office open 7 days a week. Holiday pay. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Basic computer skills and experience operating a computerized cash register.
