You will be servicing customers in Cookeville and the surrounding area – while reporting to team training in our Nashville location. What You’ll Do Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and circuits, including trenching and underground work. Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot. Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth. Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves. Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism. What You’ll Bring Valid tech ID with Generac (preferred). Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged. Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
