Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support day-to-day operations, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assist with access control procedures, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support a professional healthcare environment by offering directions, assisting with non-clinical requests, and communicating with staff and first responders during security-related situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hospital vaccine requirements must be met.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
