Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to support maintenance operations by coordinating schedules, managing work orders, tracking parts and repairs, and maintaining accurate records within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Manage and update work orders in the CMMS. Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. Create purchase requisitions and follow up on purchase orders. Track parts orders and assist with spare parts inventory management. Coordinate maintenance projects and repair schedules. Arrange shipment and return of motors and equipment sent out for repair. Scan and maintain maintenance manuals and records in the CMMS. Document maintenance activities and equipment history. Record keeping. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience working in maintenance, manufacturing, inventory, or planning. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Preferred: CMMS software preferred.
