This ad is for full time and part time Sales Associate positions for:

Southcenter mall Location.

• This is a fast-paced position which is fun and entertaining.
  


• We are looking for personable people with a background in retail sales.
  


• Both positions will require you to be on your feet most of the day.
  


• Potential to make a great commission.
  


• Punctuality, excellent attendance and an eye for detail are crucial.
  


• We will train those who do not have the experience.
  

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
  


• Explain products and services to customers
  


• Enter and process customer orders
  


• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields are a plus
  


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  


• Ability to build rapport with customers
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  


• Strong negotiation skills
  


• Computer skills are a plus.
