Sales Representative – Dumpster, Portable Restroom & Concrete Washout Rentals Full-Time or Part-Time Ogden, UT About the Role Dumpsters Direct is looking for a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to grow our roll-off dumpster, front load container, portable restroom, and concrete washout rental business. What You'll Do Generate new business by prospecting and cold-calling contractors, construction companies, property managers, event planners, and homeowners Build and maintain relationships with repeat commercial accounts (construction sites, demolition crews, landscaping companies, event venues) Quote and close rentals for roll-off dumpsters, front load containers, portable restrooms, and concrete washout stations Visit job sites and prospective customer locations to assess needs and pitch services Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing customer accounts to drive repeat business Coordinate with dispatch/operations to ensure smooth delivery, swaps, and pickups Track sales activity and maintain accurate customer records (CRM experience a plus) Represent the company professionally in the field and build our reputation in the local market What We're Looking For Proven sales experience (construction, waste/rental, industrial services, or B2B sales preferred) Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and territory Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable cold-calling and doing in-person outreach at job sites Valid driver's license with a clean driving record CDL preferred but not required — a plus if you have one Familiarity with the construction, demolition, or events industry is a bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Dumpsters Direct
