Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $29.80 – $35.00/hour
Bonus: $2,500 Sign-on Bonus (1-year commitment)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while supporting physicians and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient care based on clinical needs
• Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and treatments
• Administer medications, including IV therapies and chemotherapy
• Triage patient calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate admissions
• Educate patients and families on treatments and care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in EMR systems
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oklahoma or multi-state)
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Oncology and infusion experience required
• Valid BLS certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
• Stable work history
