California Associate Therapist

To support a growing behavioral health practice, the part-time California Associate Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services remotely while ensuring compliance with documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct and telehealth therapy services, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and complete documentation within deadlines Collaborate with case management and administrative teams to ensure coordinated care for clients Required Qualifications A Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling from an accredited institution Current California license as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) Minimum of 2 years of experience in treating mental health consumers Proficiency in Google Suite and strong analytical skills Bilingual in Spanish and/or Arabic is preferred
