About the Position

Rossmoor Post Acute is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team on a full-time basis! Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation, portioning, plating, and serving meals to residents.
• Deliver meals and beverages according to residents’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning dining areas before and after meals.
• Ensure residents receive meals in accordance with prescribed diets and facility procedures.
• Work collaboratively with dietary staff and other departments to support resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or dietary experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and established food safety procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Compassionate and respectful when interacting with residents.
