FMK is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Busser team, and we would love to welcome potential candidates to apply.

Busser Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.
• Clear tables and remove dishes promptly after guests depart.
• Maintain and uphold proper sanitation practices.
• Perform post-table clearing checks on floors for napkins, silverware, crumbs, etc. and sweep, as necessary.
• Transport loads of soiled dishes, weighing 40 lbs and exceeding, to the designated dishwashing area to be cleaned.
• Notify servers and managers when tables require attention.
• Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant, including floors, restrooms, and parking lot.
• Aid bartenders by handling ice, glassware, trash, and breaking down boxes.
• Assist in organizing, polishing, and rolling silverware.
• Conduct regular restroom checks to ensure cleanliness and full stocking every 30 minutes.
