Aurora Pediatric Therapy and Integrative Health, recipient of the 2025 Branch Moms Community Favorite Award, and Naperville Magazine top 3 physical therapy nominee in 2025, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to autistic individuals. Aurora Pediatrics is located in Naperville. In this role, you will work closely under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans, track client progress, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of the clients and families we serve. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional certification in behavior analysis. RBTs assist in delivering behavior analysis services and practice under the direction and close supervision of an RBT Supervisor and/or an RBT Requirements Coordinator, such as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who is responsible for all work RBTs perform. Looking for an individual to work tapproximately 20 hours with consistent Saturday availability or just Saturdays. WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS

A reasonable estimate of the base rate range for this level is $22-$27/hour based on experience in the field and other competitive benefits.

ROLE BREAKDOWN
- 80-90% billable time
- 5% administrative
- 5% internal/external marketing
- Provide one-on-one behavior therapy for individuals with autism in a structured setting under the close supervision and guidance of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Help implement and assess behavior plans created by the BCBA.
- Follow written program protocols and utilize behavior control techniques.
- Electronically collect and track data on clients' behaviors and progress.
- Write comprehensive notes to sufficiently document sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Assist the BCBA with assessments and other duties as needed.
- Attend all staff meetings either virtually or in person.
- Accept and implement feedback on performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Able to examine behavioral data and make knowledgeable decisions on clients' needs.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Experience managing highly confidential and personal data and transactions.
- Experience dealing with highly regulated compliance duties.
- Experience making decisions that impact the organization's operations, revenue, and reputation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adjust communication style appropriately to meet the needs of the customer.
- Willingness to learn and connect with clients on a personal level.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to plan and coordinately work independently balancing multiple work demands in a fast-paced environment.
