Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Digital Strategy department has an immediate opening for a Senior Vice President, Organizational Change Management and Internal Communications ! As a Senior Vice President, Organizational Change Management and Internal Communications , you will be responsible for the following:

• Driving strategic leadership for enterprise-wide change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.
• Leading the credit union's organizational change management capability and partners with executive leadership to strengthen organizational readiness, communication effectiveness, and adoption of strategic priorities and enterprise initiatives.
• Serving as a trusted advisor, the SVP fosters alignment, transparency, and employee engagement while supporting successful execution of the credit union's strategic objectives.

Salary Range:

This is an exempt position. The starting salary is $220,933.26 however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
• Ten years of experience related to organizational change management, internal or corporate communications, or enterprise transformation are required, three of which must have been in a supervisory or management role.

Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Financial institution experience is preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

1. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
2. Change management certifications, such as Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP/ACMP), are preferred.

Keys to success:

In order to be successful as a Senior Vice President, Organizational Change Management and Internal Communications, you must possess these qualifications:

• Deep expertise in organizational change management methodologies and models (such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent) and demonstrated ability to apply them at enterprise scale.
• Proven ability to stand up, lead, and mature a change management function, center of excellence, or communications function, including operating model, governance, and service delivery design.
• Strong strategic communications capability, including executive messaging, internal communications strategy, channel management, and issues or crisis communications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change across multiple concurrent initiatives, including impact assessment, sequencing, and management of change saturation and fatigue.
• Ability to coach executive sponsors and people leaders in leading organizational change, fostering engagement, and driving adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
• Comprehensive understanding of credit union operations, products, services, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to assess and communicate organizational impacts of business, technology, and strategic initiatives.
• Ability to define, measure, and report on adoption, readiness, engagement, and communication effectiveness using data and stakeholder feedback.
• Experience selecting and managing external consultants and vendors and transitioning their work into internal capability.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive achievement of strategic objectives.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, and technology-enabled change within financial institutions or similarly complex, regulated organizations.
• Experience with communication, survey, intranet, and change management enablement tools is preferred.
