Job Responsibilities Perform and contribute to the design and analysis of structural systems Apply structural analysis techniques including hand calculations and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Fully understand and apply technical principles, standards, theories, and concepts Utilize general knowledge of related disciplines to enhance project outcomes Develop and provide innovative solutions to wide-ranging technical problems related to structural integrity Work under general direction, independently determining and developing approaches to solutions Ensure technical excellence across all assigned work Collaborate effectively across all technical disciplines to ensure project integration and coherence Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers to foster their development Frequently communicate with external and internal parties regarding routine business and technical matters Ensure alignment and successful project execution across all stakeholders Job Qualifications Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience). Typically 5+ years of related experience. Expertise in structural analysis and general knowledge of related disciplines. Complete understanding and application of technical principles, standards, theories, and concepts. Ability to provide solutions to wide-ranging technical problems that are imaginative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organizational objectives. Experience managing discrete technical packages as a Responsible Engineer (RE). Capability to work under general direction to independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. Ability to work across all technical disciplines. TS/SCI Clearance required Nice To Haves Advanced proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., Nastran, Femap, Ansys). Strong familiarity with industry standards and best practices (e.g., ASME, ASTM, AISC). Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C++) for custom analysis methods. Knowledge of material properties and behavior in aerospace applications, including metallics, composites, and bonded joints. Experience with standard fatigue and fracture analysis methods and software (e.g., NASGRO, AFGROW). Job Details Job Type: Direct Hire. Pay Range: $110,664 - $152,184.
