SUMMARY OF ROLE:

A Customer Care Expert is focused on building lifelong relationships through incredible experiences for customers. Successful CCEs demonstrate a genuine interest in how SALT services can help meet customers' home needs. CCEs present options to customers to make their experience seamless and convenient.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Manage large amounts of inbound customer service calls with efficiency and courtesy Handle overflow appointment requests Handle on-call as needed Meet or exceed consistent metric expectations

QUALIFICATIONS:

18 years or older Teachable Professional and kind phone presence Problem solving capabilities Customer Care experience preferred Passing of a drug screening and background check Must be able to follow/utilize playbook when handling different topics/conversations

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Put customers at the center of everything you do Earn the customers' trust Resolve customers' concerns Possess strong character and values Work effectively with the team

SALARY:

$18/hour Weekly bonus opportunities
