YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Assistant General Manager/Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting in overseeing all operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain beverage service standards, ensuring the team is trained on recipes, portioning, presentation, and service expectations
• Oversee daily bar and beverage operations, including purchasing, inventory, equipment, product quality, cost control, and cleanliness
• Support the General Manager in upholding restaurant policies, procedures, training programs, and overall service standards
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly service and bar team members through clear direction, training, feedback, and performance management
• Create weekly schedules, complete required administrative paperwork, and manage key POS functions, including comps, voids, transfers, and menu updates
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment by reinforcing grooming, sanitation, beverage handling, and safety procedures
• Ensure all guests receive warm, responsive, and courteous service while supporting guest recovery and the restaurant group’s reputation

BACKGROUND PROFILE :

• 3+ years of experience as an AGM/Beverage Manager with a $10M+ upscale or fine dining restaurant
• Strong beverage, service, and operational knowledge with the ability to lead teams in a high-volume, polished hospitality environment
• Proficient in basic business math, including percentages, and comfortable using Gmail, Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other restaurant technology
• Energetic and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
•    Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule
