Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Healthcare Bristol Glen, a UMC Community | Newton, NJ Part-Time and Per Diem $23 to $25 an hour, plus $2/hr on evening and overnight shifts and $1.50/hr on weekends. Part-time and per diem CNA shifts in a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehab neighborhood where you care for the same residents week after week. Bristol Glen is a nonprofit senior living community run by United Methodist Communities (UMC), Certified as a Great Place to Work for 9 years in a row. What you'll do Help residents bathe, dress, groom, and start their day Help with meals, walking, and transfers, including lift equipment Take vital signs and complete rounds Follow each resident's care plan and chart the care you give Work with nurses and therapists to support residents recovering after a hospital stay and those who live here long term Get to know residents and their families over time What you'll need Required: Active New Jersey Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification, in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry 18 years or older Preferred: Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or long-term care Pay and benefits $23 to $25 an hour, based on experience Differentials: +$2/hr evenings, +$2/hr overnights, +$1.50/hr weekends Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Tuition assistance and free online learning Employee assistance program and employee discounts Some benefits are position, shift and hours dependent Schedule Part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts available Per diem shifts also available Every other weekend and a holiday rotation Next steps Apply in a few minutes.
