• Assist in Maintenance Tasks : Help with routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment and fixtures.
• Conduct Inspections : Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and ensure everything is functioning properly.
• Respond to Requests : Address emergency maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep maintenance areas organized and clean, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Report Issues : Communicate ongoing tasks and potential issues to the maintenance supervisor regularly.

• Education : A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience : Previous experience in a maintenance role.
• Technical Skills : Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and machinery, along with familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
