Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team for weekend shifts in our healthcare facilities located in Pearland and The Woodlands. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Monitor patient vital signs, report any changes to nursing staff.
Provide assistance with feeding patients as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and ensure a safe environment.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient care needs.
Document care provided accurately in the patient's medical record as required.
Follow infection control protocols to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

Qualifications:

Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of Texas.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply!
Strong interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach towards patient care.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.

Schedule:

This position requires availability for weekend shifts only. Specific shift hours will be discussed during the interview process.
