About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support school districts in Washington. In this role, you'll serve as a clinical teacher-observing, assessing, and guiding behavioral and educational practices to help students with academic and behavioral needs thrive. You'll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support teams to create meaningful, measurable change in the school environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments

• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• Provide consultation and training to school staff

• Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery

• Support academic and behavioral growth through evidence-based practices

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Minimum Requirements

• Current BCBA certification from the BACB

• Master's degree in ABA, teaching, psychology, or related field

• Preferred experience delivering behavior analytic services in schools

• ESA Certification (assistance obtaining available)

• One year of pediatric experience preferred

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
