Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people.

We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

We value experience in the wellness arena. We ill consider other similar skill sets as offer comprehensive training. both online and hands on.

All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy

Tuesday 2 PM to 8 PM (close)

Wednesday 2 PM to 8 PM (close)

Thursday 2 PM to 8 PM (close)

Saturday 1 PM to 6 PM (close)

Sunday 1 PM to 6 PM (close)

Here's what you’ll be doing:

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere (typically they sell themselves-low pressure)

Follow up with established leads from Google and Meta

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments (Mindbody Software system experience a plus)

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
