What You'll Do Conduct inspections at residential and commercial properties. Identify pest concerns and recommend customized treatment plans. Prepare estimates and present service proposals. Build strong customer relationships and close sales. Generate new business through company‑provided leads, referrals, and networking. Manage your sales territory and schedule independently while maintaining accurate customer records. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and driven to succeed.
