You'll gain invaluable experience at a fast-paced operating room with 23 OR suites and a collaborative staff of 70 healthcare professionals. With a focus on elective surgery-including ortho, spine, cardiovascular, plastics, GYN, robotics, and urology-this position offers exposure to both innovative procedures and state-of-the-art technology in a hospital setting known for its multidisciplinary teamwork.


Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care OR experience required
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Previous experience with ortho/spine or cardiovascular procedures preferred
• Flexible, adaptable personality with a positive, team-oriented approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver exemplary perioperative nursing care in a 1:1 patient ratio environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Follow hospital policies and unit guidelines for patient safety and quality
• Document care efficiently in Meditech EMR
• Support fellow RNs, CNAs, and patient sitters to enhance unit excellence
