As a Café Administrator, you will maintain front‑of‑house standards, ensure accurate daily food cards, create signage with ingredient and allergen information, and serve as host/hostess during all service hours. Essential Functions Responsible for stocking the front‑of‑house salad bar and deli stations while maintaining safety and sanitation procedures. Receive and reconcile all vendor invoices as directed by the chef. Create accurate daily food cards with proper ingredients and allergens used for breakfast and lunch. Review and edit the front‑of‑house menus and the Digital Menu Board to ensure accuracy of correct spelling and punctuation. Upload data entry of daily meal counts, logs (temperature, consumption, donation), and pastry counts. Reconcile daily invoices as needed. Ensure consistent quality on all prepared items. Follow proper rotation and storage of goods (labeling, stocking, FIFO). Taste all food prepared to ensure flavor, freshness, and quality according to the Flagship Tasting Template. Maintain a clean and organized station. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience. Accommodate any special needs of guests. Inspect dining room service stations for neatness/cleanliness. Restock food and condiment stations while avoiding contamination. Monitor the number of guests entering the café. Stock/re‑stock utensils, plates, glasses, napkins in the service area. Coordinate and direct daily tasks to ensure quality of production and maintain positive workflow. Provide management with consistent communication on operational tasks and team effectiveness. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong understanding and knowledge of food allergens and ingredients. Strong understanding and knowledge of food and corporate kitchens. Exceptional record of punctuality and attendance. Active management‑level food handler certification (e.g., ServSafe) and adherence to local food handler requirements. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher). Ability to work under pressure and adjust to a diverse working environment. Food knowledge and understanding of industry terms and products. Interpersonal and organizational skills. Education and Experience High school diploma. 1+ years of industry‑related experience.
