Residential House Cleaner | Finish by 4 PM | $16.25 – $17.00/hr + Tips
Misty Clean is looking for reliable, professional cleaners who want stability, growth, and a positive team culture. We teach you how to clean—we just need people with common sense, great communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Long-Term Growth: We are looking for team members who want stability, longevity, and room to increase earnings as the business grows.

• Great Schedule: Full-time hours, typically around 2 homes per day. Most cleaners finish by 4:00 PM! No late nights or micro-management.
• Supportive Leadership: Your boss still cleans houses! You’ll work with leadership that understands the physical work, difficult days, and unexpected schedule changes firsthand.
• Independence & Trust: Enjoy working independently or in supportive 2-person teams with full autonomy once trained.
• Positive Culture: Family-first, clear communication, no drama, and a peaceful, rewarding work environment (many of our team members find the work therapeutic!).
• Long-Term Growth: We are looking for team members who want stability, longevity, and room to increase earnings as the business grows.

What we are looking for:

• Great Communicator: You keep the team and clients informed when schedules change or jobs run over.
• Team Player & Problem Solver: You take pride in team success and ask, "What makes the most sense right now?"
• Professional & Reliable: You take pride in your appearance and respect entering our clients' homes with care and discretion.
• Self-Motivated: You read your job tickets, come prepared, and don't need a manager standing over your shoulder.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to perform active bending, lifting, and cleaning throughout the workday.
• A positive, dependable attitude and strong work ethic.
• YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE-Paid travel between jobs
