Mancan Staffing is currently hiring an Employer Services Coordinator for a nonprofit organization in Triadelphia, WV!

The Employer Services Coordinator will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with businesses throughout the region and encouraging employers to become involved with the organization's programs and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, getting out into the community, and generating new business partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:
Visit businesses in person throughout Ohio, Brooke, Marshall, Hancock, Tyler, and Wetzel Counties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers
Introduce businesses to the organization's programs and services
Identify and generate new employer leads and partnership opportunities

Conduct outreach and follow up with prospective and existing business partners
Maintain ongoing relationships with participating employers
Represent the organization professionally within the business community
Work independently to plan outreach activities and manage employer relationships
Meet with business owners, managers, and other company representatives
Help expand employer participation and strengthen community partnerships

Qualifications:
Valid driver's license required
Reliable personal vehicle required for traveling to businesses
Previous sales, business development, recruiting, customer service, or relationship-building experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable approaching businesses and speaking with employers in person
Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently
Goal-oriented and driven to generate leads and develop partnerships
Organized and able to manage multiple employer relationships
Professional, outgoing, and confident personality
Must be comfortable with regular travel throughout the service area
Schedule & Pay:

35 hours per week

Flexible schedule
$18$19/hour, based on experience
