Job Summary:
An Operating Room (OR) Nurse specializing in Trauma is sought for a position in Miami, Florida. The role involves working within a Level 1 Trauma Center on nights with a start date of 07/20/2026. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a highly regarded trauma and surgical unit, supporting a variety of complex procedures.

Job Details:

• Location: Miami, FL
• Position: Operating Room (OR) Nurse, Trauma Unit (705)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, night shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current ACLS, BLS, PALS, and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certifications; minimum of 2 years experience; ability to circulate Trauma, General, Orthopedic, Neurovascular procedures; experience with Meditech documentation system.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous trauma experience at a Level 1 facility, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and independence in clinical settings.
• Additional Information: Call requirements include 24-hour trauma service, 12-hour shifts with alternate weekends, and on-call assignments. Procedures performed on the unit include Total Joint procedures, Robotic gynecology oncology, and Craniotomy procedures.
