November 2026 RN Psychiatry Fellowship Swedish is seeking applicants for the November 2026 RN Psychiatry Fellowship. This Fellowship provides a foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in the specialty, using structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors. If you have more than 12 months of continuous RN experience, you owe it to yourself to explore this opportunity. The position starts November 2, 2026. The Fellowship is designed to develop advanced clinical and leadership skills in psychiatric nursing, fostering a culture of patient‑focused, whole‑person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Nursing program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
