You will serve as the critical link between ambition and results, leading transformational initiatives, resolving execution challenges, and driving enterprise-wide performance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Implementation & Operational Leadership Execute and oversee the Chairman's highest-priority initiatives across businesses, investments, and strategic projects. Translate complex ideas and strategic directives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes and clear accountability. Drive execution excellence by maintaining momentum, removing barriers, and ensuring consistent progress toward objectives. Cross-Functional Alignment & Enterprise Execution Foster alignment across portfolio companies and leadership teams to ensure coordinated execution of strategic goals. Monitor critical enterprise initiatives and proactively identify risks, obstacles, and opportunities. Create transparency around performance, progress, and results while reinforcing a culture of accountability. High-Stakes Projects & Crisis Leadership Lead mission-critical initiatives including acquisitions, transformations, restructurings, and special projects. Serve as an interim leader when necessary to stabilize underperforming or transitional business functions. Mobilize and coordinate cross-functional teams to address emerging challenges and capitalize on strategic opportunities. Chairman Partnership & Organizational Leverage Optimize the Chairman's effectiveness by managing priorities, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring organizational follow-through. Maintain visibility across strategic and operational initiatives throughout the enterprise. Represent the Chairman internally and externally, ensuring alignment with leadership expectations, values, and operating principles. What We're Looking For Experience 10 to 15+ years of experience in high-consequence environments such as: Private Equity Top-tier Consulting Investment Banking Military Leadership Executive Operating Roles within high-growth organizations Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous, and mission-critical environments. Experience advising or reporting directly to senior executives and influencing decisions at the highest levels. Previous experience as Chief of Staff, COO, General Manager, or comparable executive leadership role is highly preferred. Preferred Industry Background Experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, engineering, or other operational B2B environments. Exposure to family-office structures or multi-company holding organizations is a significant advantage. Availability This role requires flexibility and availability that aligns with the Chairman's schedule, including support outside of standard business hours when necessary. Why Join GVW Group?
